Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable. We cannot accept returns of food products once they have been dispatched from Sri Lanka, as they are perishable.
Refund Policy for Damaged or Expired Products
If you receive a product that is expired or damaged during shipping, we will issue a refund under the following conditions:
Expired Products: If we mistakenly send you an expired product, please provide image proof showing the expiration date and the product. Once verified by our support team, a refund will be processed.
Courier Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping, we will issue a refund upon receiving proper image proof of the damage. The images should clearly show the damage to the packaging and the product.
Time Frame for Refund Claims
All refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to process any refund requests.
