At Jaffna Made company, we take pride in providing high-quality Jaffna-made food products. Due to the perishable nature of these items and the international shipping from Sri Lanka, we follow a strict return policy to ensure the best experience for our customers.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    All items are non-returnable. We cannot accept returns of food products once they have been dispatched from Sri Lanka, as they are perishable.

  2. Refund Policy for Damaged or Expired Products
    If you receive a product that is expired or damaged during shipping, we will issue a refund under the following conditions:

    • Expired Products: If we mistakenly send you an expired product, please provide image proof showing the expiration date and the product. Once verified by our support team, a refund will be processed.

    • Courier Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping, we will issue a refund upon receiving proper image proof of the damage. The images should clearly show the damage to the packaging and the product.

  3. Time Frame for Refund Claims

    • All refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to process any refund requests.

  4. How to Claim a Refund
    To request a refund for an expired or damaged item, please email our support team at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear images of the expired or damaged product

    • A description of the issue

Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges for food products due to their nature.
